I was the same way and after blood test found out I was vitamin d deficient and B12. Feel great now!!
for me, my excessive sleepiness (no matter how much sleep i got) was due to sleep apnea! maybe something you look into? i had a sleep study done and got fitted with a CPAP machine after my diagnosis. my quality of sleep has improved tenfold :)
@PeppermintAnn I will look into it thank you!!
That was happening to me, turned out I have hypothyroidism, might be worth mentioning to your doctor, it's a simple blood test š¤
@PsychoGamer44 I'll talk it out with my mom thank you!
That happens to me too. I can get 2 hours of sleep and 9 hours of sleep and Iāll feel the same either way
@Snapcracklepop I hate it so much. Then my mom says you have no reason to be so tired.
