today is rough. I keep wanting to post comments and just statuses on Facebook and I keep telling myself. no. don't do it. nobody cares. they dont wanna hear from you. they're just going to judge you. you're better off just staying silent and invisible so you can pretend that you're there with them but don't speak up because they'll remember that they don't want anything to do with you and then you won't see anything from them again because they think you're weird. and you are weird that's WHY no one likes you in the first place. you try to hard and you're annoying. so in other words the intrusive thoughts are bad today.

Hey I feel the same way, but the way I see that it's my Facebook page and I am going to post what ever I want to post. Don't worry about what others think, if posting on Facebook makes you smile then do it. Cause when you are suffering from depression you need all the happiness you can get.
However Facebook should not be used so you can vent all the things you are upset about. Once you post it you can't take it back. I have a friend on Facebook that says way to much it's getting to the point where I want to delete her. The world is fucked up enough Facebook is a place to go and forget about your problems. Not read 10 post in a row how life is unfair, or so and so is heartbroken, and this one can't stand that one ugh!! Keep the drama off Facebook. There are support groups to post those things!
