If you don't know what you should listen too just listen too stuff you enjoy should work it's one of the ways I cope and it's very helpful for me too listen too songs that I like
I find that listening too music while outside helps me feel free it's a good way too set the mood to a positive feeling sometimes negative thoughts cloud the atmosphere music is a good way too drown it out also do something fun like roller skate or skateboard or riding a bike
If you want to get over it delete all the photos of your ex and just watch or do something to keep your mind off it but don't bottle it up it just gets worse
