How does one safely exercise with this condition?
I have not found a good way yet but generally running is out for me..I find I go overboard and get really sick. It's also just individualized based on different factors...we aren't all the same.
I had an ablation I have been able to do CrossFit with barely any issues when before bending over would cause an attack- I still have issues don’t get me wrong but it only lasts seconds not minutes or hours now
that is awesome. I am still debating that ablation. Would you mind telling me a little about the process
