Struggling with Medication Side Effects and Back Pain

Hello so i have been taking serequel for about 3 yrs i have gained 80 pounds and i cant loose it for shit and now my back is hurting me a lot like i cant be standing for more then 5 minutes with out holding into something so my back wont hurt anymore i have tried to get off this medication but i get really bad withdrawals from it like i was on 300 mg before and my doctor took me off it and i had really bad withdrawals and i had to ask her to put me on it again but now im only in 100mg but my upper back it whats hurts the most i know i have degenerative disc in t11,t12,L1.L4&L5 so i know is my T11&T12 that hurts all the time like i cant stand and wash dishes either my back really hurts and the only thing they gave me for pain is naproxen and flexeril and those meds dont do shit for me yes i smoke weed all the damm time but i still have pain weed only makes me have no depression thats y i smoke it but it doesn’t take my pain away i tried to do exercises in the morning to loose weight but i cant loose it at all so my question is that has anyone smoke weed and it took ur pain away ?? I need a medication that takes my pain away
