Today’s been a crap day. I overslept because I’ve been so exhausted from work, my boss gives me crap about it, I forget my ADHD meds so I was forgetful all day and kept messing up, even the basics. I feel like such a failure right now. Oh and I swear I’ve been hitting every single red light today. It feels like my karma is off somehow. Anyone have any tips or advice on what y’all do on crap days or after long bad days of work?
Personally, I like doing somethin that I know I enjoy, even if I'm not going to feel that right away. Something like reading a favorite book, watching that show you've been looking at for a while, or whatever else you might like. I hope this passes soon! 💕💕
