Share Your Anxiety Journey and Help Others

I've had anxiety as long as I can remember, so I know the struggle well. Recently, my story has been really hard, but I know that God will use it to show his glory. I've already been able to encourage/help others while they experienced panic attacks, and I know I'll continue to be able to be a help for anyone who needs hope. I'm more free today than I was a year ago, and I know I'll continue to get stronger. For those of you who are in the middle of it all, know that it gets better!
