i’ve been having trouble keeping jobs the past couple of years and i really just want to be able to help myself but when i get depressed it hits like a truck. my bones start to ache and i cant concentrate on anything besides bad thoughts. i don’t know what to do. i get very stressed about the future and what i will do to survive. i’ve tried different medications but nothing seems to work as well as what i’ve been taking for a while. if anyone has any thoughts about what to do please lmk!!
