I’m ready to give up. 😢 I can’t think straight and I’m so moody and irritated lately that it’s hard to be around anyone. I don’t want to let my family down but I feel useless with the way I am right now.

      I think most of us have been there. Our diseases are not easy to love with. I had a bad week last week and I was saying similar things like what’s the point I feel useless etc. my sons heard me and got very angry and said how do you think we feel when I take like that. So I’ve been trying to focus on myself and not think that way. You have to fight it and pray

      If mental focus is getting better off you perhaps try a cold bath or shower or to go swimming...a physical shock sometimes jolts me to clearer thinking
