Emotionally Exhausted After First Christmas Since Divorce

I'm emotionally exhausted, been doing Christmas things with the kids, our first since my marriage fell apart. I'm constantly holding in tears of sadness, I don't know why as I ended the marriage. I feel bad for the kids as their dad has lost interest in them. Will try hard to keep it together for them.

      I hope you're okay on your own. I know how hard it is to be a single parent, I was raised by one. Don't feel bad for crying when you're in tough times. Take breaks when you need to and give your kids enough love and affection. I hope it'll get better and easier for you with time.

        @BeanBetter I have 2 nights out booked, the youngest will stay at my parents, it's just so different playing the roles of 2 parents
