Being able to do my full shower and skincare routine is definitely a victory for me. Most days I'm lucky to just be able to shampoo and condition my hair.

I celebrate all small victories. Putting away clothes, showering, making myself a cup of coffee, engaging in hobbies. Even getting out of bed is celebrated. (Getting on this app counts too.)

@SalineTurnip Wow... this is me as well. The smallest of activity, on my bad days are huge. If I get a good day in a week it's such a blessing. I push myself to do things, like go to the physical therapy pool, and just be in the warm water. Really, just being alive from one day to the next is pretty amazing.

I wake up in the morning. And I'm able to get up some mornings. It isn't always easy, especially with the way things are going at the moment, but I know that not many people can do that. When I'm house-sitting and the cat that is supposedly more shy comes to purr in my lap- especially when she did that when I was feeling down about myself. Reminded me that even though I struggle animals still seem to like me and I see that as a huge win.

When I have moments that aren't consumed by anxiety or when I have enough of an appetite to actually eat something!
it can be hard for me to celebrate my victories, but things like brushing teeth, taking a shower (especially one that’s not 30 minutes long), getting out of bed before 11:30 on weekends, or doing even a little bit of schoolwork.

Being comfortable with myself to leave the house. I used to ve very embarrassed leaving my house because I have mildly severe Tics and use mobility aids and the general public was a place I felt very unsafe, but I've gotten better and have pushed myself to go out more and enjoy life as best I can givin I have all of my medical tools/meltdown items with me and I always go out with another person to make it easier, and I can feel at leaste some safety.
