How Long Have You Had Anxiety?

I’m pretty sure i’ve had it my entire life unfortunately

Towards the end of middle school. I just remembered thinking i was stressed out every time there were a lot of people around.

As long as I can remember! I remember when I finally realized that “hey! This isn’t just the default emotion everyone else feels! This is a problem!”
