Last month I’ve developed an eating disorder from my last workplace and “friends” who kept commenting on my eating cycle so I’d like any tips and advice similar to my situation. I eat once or twice a day and that’s it, it drives my manic episodes to start up again but I eat to calm it down, what are safe solutions for this to turn out well? I wouldn’t like anyone else to go through this either but again, you can’t save everyone.
