      You can do this! I was anxious the first time I went too. Take some deep breaths. Try to focus on things you can sense. For instance, sometimes naming all the colors I can see around me helps ground me. You can also list noises you hear.

      it definitely gets easier after the first time alone! i’ll be honest, i always have a lil bit of anxiety going to doctors because i’m always worried about a new diagnosis- but the reality is they’re here to help me, and keep me as safe as they can- and the same goes for you! trying to keep that in mind may help too, along with what IndigoChi said. i also often wear my favorite comfort clothes when i go, so that i can have soft textures to feel to keep me grounded.
