Struggling with Treatment Resistance for Fibromyalgia

is anyone treatment resistant? I've been on every ssri and antiepileptic there is for fibromyalgia. I'm currently on vicodin as that's the only thing I have access to that is actually helping

      @Belugabear Agreed! medical cannabis has been the only thing that can manage my symptoms. OCD, anxiety, chronic pain, all of that gets knocked right out of the park with the right dose. I hope you (and OP) can find great alternatives!

      I am severely allergic to all opiates. Had major digestive issues after years on Gabapentin. Lyrica didn't work. So not necessarily resistant, but running out of treatment options.

      Maybe I’m not totally resistant but it sure feels that way! Lyrica took off the edge a little bit some days of my pain, and medical marijuana is really what works best for me. I’m trying ketamine to see if I can get off that other stuff! It’s so frustrating when nothing seems to be working so I understand
