Hey you guys! Just received my official hEDS diagnosis today… woohoo?😂 but anyways, wondering what is most helpful for you when it comes to joint subluxation?? I’ve tried KT tape and it kinda helps but rips my skin off when it remove it🥲 and my rib, hip, and knee are not ok

Physical therapy and strengthening exercises are #1 in my opinion. Some gentle exercises like Qigong are great as well
