Anyone have a bed recommendation for someone with upper back pain? I want to get a new mattress and am wondering if anyone that has one that has really helped

I don’t think so much that it is the bed, any good firm bed will due. I believe the important thing lies in the pillows and how they support you. You may have to go through many to find one that is actually comfortable
