To people with chronic illness/pain/disabilities who care about social justice, how do you find ways to engage actively within the context of your health? (Like, as a person with limited spoons, how do you find manageable actions that feel meaningful for you?)

I do what I can raising awareness online and supporting others who have the strength to do more than me

The internet is where I go to recharge, so unfortunately I don't engage much in social justice groups there. I did my best to raise awareness on social media for years until I realized that I needed to step back, as it was taking so much away from my day. Instead, I find it better to reach out to a local group interested in doing social justice in one's own (or nearby) communities. That way, one can discover events they might be able to help with weeks ahead of time, and it's far easier to plan for the spoon expenditure (especially if it's only something like once a month). I do often wish I could do more, but it's important to only do what you can handle for your own health.
I raise awareness online by posting on Facebook, Amino or Twitter. I also learn about it on the bus as well as talking about my views on it on public transportation when I go out.
Watching videos on YouTube, to learn about climate change and stuff. If you have the financial ability, you can donate to causes that help to build change in that political area.
