I am experiencing my yearly relapse. it starts as me forgetting to eat and quickly evolves into being repulsed at the thought of eating. my apartment is already spotless, I've showered three times with oils and I still can't sleep. I'm bipolar as well and manic usually happens this time of year as well

good luck soldier! you got this. I usually knock myself out with cough syrup and benadryl or trazodone (bad habit I know) to help the sleeplessness and then as for the ED, Im relapsing rn and can't really help I don't fight my ED I just tell my close friends "hey this is happening and I'm not gonna get help for it lol" I'd say mostly just, try to eat something little multiple times a day like little little. the more you eat the more you'll feel bad BUT the more you get in your system, the healthier you'll be. just try to do little tiny steps that may feel useless but are so helpful in quelling relapses. it probably feels like there's no consequences to your actions (thanks, mania) but you will eventually feel it and just try to remember that. I like to write it somewhere tbh.
