Listening to some music that pumps you up and starting a project for sure! Sometimes when you feel super down write everything in a journal or do affirmations. I used to hate when people would say that but when I tried it, it helped a lot:)

A creative project that you don't have to make decisions on. Like a colour by numbers or a kit. It helps me get out of the funk bc I don't have to think and I still get a sense of accomplishment.
Being creative in the most meaningful way for you 💕 I do a lot of painting, but however you create is good
