Stuck in a Three-Day Memory Cycle

It's more or less like.. feeling like my thoughts are stuck on said week.. some people will get in on conversations about things past, it's harder to recall certain things.. I definitely get obsessive thoughts though more than I'd like to admit.

Three-day span of "recent" memory vs other things I refer to as "the other day," which could be anything between 4 days and 14 years ago 😂 But... "memory cycles"? Do you mean you're doing anxious re-thinking and breaking down stuff over and over?
