I struggle with vertigo that the doctors are fairly certain are caused by vestibular migraines. This most recent one started Christmas Eve and has lasted until now, so about 4 days. It seems to be getting better, little by little, but has it lasted this long for anyone else? My head feels heavy and foggy, and I get slightly nauseous when I turn my head a certain way or when I move my eyes too fast. Any tips on how to make this go away fast? I’m getting desperate at this point. My mental health was in a dark place these past few days because of this but I’m working on acceptance and disengaging with the “what ifs” and negativity. Any help? Thanks guys :) I need to know I’m not alone.
