trying a program thru my work where I wear a continuous glucose monitor and track my glucose readings. I also signed up for Noom. A coaching weightloss app. I have been at them both for 3 mons and not feeling motivated anymore. Nor have I lost any weight. I have added 2 mile walk daily. I had an jury which gave me permanent nerve damage in my leg. I used to get in 20,000 steps a day with ease. I struggle for the recommended 10,000 steps now.

I understand, I used to walk endlessly but due to an injury, I am lucky to do 5000 steps a day, we have to keep going, everyday is a new beginning!

Past? For the struggle. When I was told my sugar was 422..I hung up the phone and No sugar or Carbs past my lips for 2 months straight. It was hard but I really had to try. I ate mostly meat and vegetables for 2 months with a little bit of fruit. Then for the next two months I added bread and noodles twice a week. Following month I added a bowl of ice cream once a week. Got my blood sugar down to 105. For the neuropathy in my feet I ordered a small bottle of Stem vitamins from Hrlixlife.com. Helped with the neuropathy immensely. Maybe you can print out that info and decide with your Dr if that's right fir you : )
