Rough Day: Pain, Stress, and Protests

That's so hard! I try to do grocery pick up if possible. If I have to shop for groceries, I depend on an electric cart. Make sure to rest

Shopping trips count as exercise. I always lay down after one whether I sleep or not. I think sometimes people forget or don't realize the act of something as simple as that is exhausting to those with chronic pain, fibro. Shopping loading car unloading car putting away. Its like a full impact workout at the gym. I split it up when I can. Take rest when you need to hun. Your body tells you what it needs. Keep up the fight!

I'm so sorry about your hard day and the pain. 😥 I hope tomorrow you will have a better day and the sun will shine brighter for you. I saw the 'Elvis' movie today. It was AMAZING, BUT VERY SAD. And it triggered me because I felt I was exploited and used the same way...and still, nothing was ever enough. It had me in tears
