does anyone know the difference between a seizure and fainting? I honestly can't tell what my episodes are anymore and it's frustrating:(

I’m no expert but I have seizures I’m aware but I don’t have control. I have passed out and when I come to I’m not sure what happened. I’m also now having stare episodes and I am blank my family can shake me and talk to me but until it’s over I’m blank. Sometimes when that happens I lose time
