Same here..like what does life for 3 minutes look like without pain being a factor. Id sure like to know.

Hi, in the past I really felt that the pain controlled my life and not the other way around. This realization took me a lot of time and energy. Once I figured it out, I realized I needed professional help because I don't know how to handle it alone. A combination of medication, exercise, proper nutrition and therapy as well as great support from family and friends helped me manage to live with the pain and not give it the place I gave it in the past.
