      No I take 1 mg of benzodiazepines Bid for years and had no problem to date, knock wood.

        @Proactivist Initial question asked if anyone ever tried coming off of an anti-anxiety drug and gotten really sick!

          @Vidya Oh I misunderstood the comment. When I tried stopping a few times over the years, I would “wry gradually” (over the course of several weeks or longer) reduce myself off to avoid withdrawal symptoms. 👍
