At first I neglected it but after it suddenly got to the point where I almost passed out from it I went to the hospital and the doctors told me that if I hadn't come I could have died from a brain aneurysm. When blood pressure already affects vital organs, it is a sign that it is not under control. I recommend going to the doctor and starting treatment on the issue.
