I have crohn’s and my hands and feet fall asleep little every single day… it’s become normal to me, but I have a feeling it’s not normal. My doctors know about it but never really do anything about it. I’ve seen a neurologist and other doctors, but no one seems to be concerned. It’s frustrating because I wake up in the middle of the night to get up and deal with my feet falling asleep and it always happens at the worst times. I can’t sit down without it happening. It’s less frequent in my hands but it happens there as well. I’m on Stelara for my crohn’s so if it is a crohn’s symptom, why are my meds not helping it? Anyone else deal with this?

Dang I didn’t know that!
@Smitty crohn’s and it’s meds can cause peripheral neuropathy so I’m thinking it’s probably that.
I think that has something to do with circulation which can be related to breathing. Not sure about underlying cause though
