I feel really alone right now. It takes everything I have to get out of bed. It takes even more to drag myself to work and interact with people. I work in retail and itโs exhausting when the last thing you want to do is talk to people and pretend to be happy for 8 hours a day. Then I have to go home and get ignored by my family, go to bed, and do it all again the next day. I hate it. Iโve lost a lot of people in the last few years. Some of them died, a lot of them are just being petty, most of them decided that they hate me. Some of them I know why, some of them I donโt. There has to be something wrong with me. I donโt know what to do. Someone help. Please.

If you can, find a new job. A new space and new experience may be worth trying out because sinking into the same day over and over again is a horrible feeling. If you like your job though, join a community group or something. Make a routine of doing something after work that you enjoy. Maybe a Taco Tuesday sorta deal! Those kinda special days help keep at least me motivated and every week it seems like itโs a new idea that I get tacos on Tuesday (very bad memory whoops).
There's nothing wrong with you. If your family wants to ignore you then it's their loss when you finally move out and they don't get to see what an amazing person you grow into. Maybe before you go to work try to find something that might excite you to come home to like you finally get to watch a movie or a game you really like.
