Suffering with fatigue and muscle twitches since 2018. Originally diagnosed 2018 with B12 deficiency but not not sure. 2021 diagnosed with anemia (low iron). After supplements Ferritin 27 (down from 33), UIBC 21%, TIBC 355, MCV 98.3 (just keeps going up), RBC 4.3 (before 4.05), hemoglobin 14.2 (before 13.2), and HCT 42.6 (up from 39.5). Still feel terrible. Any chances they will try an infusion next? Side note also have neutropenia and ANA+ (significance unknown).
