Need help with endo pain relief

I would drink water, move around, and take ibuprofen 800mg. It eventually didn’t help though and I had to have a uterine ablation. I haven’t had a bit of pain since the procedure 3 weeks ago

I recommend looking into a medical cannabis script! It’s the only thing that touches my ovulation pain

Heat pad, muscle relaxers, suppository relaxer, water, alieve
