every day i wake up and i fail to find a reason to keep going. i have things that keep me busy and i’m very happy and content with my job and relationships, but living feels so heavy and difficult to manage. i feel tied down at every waking moment and when i realize i have to function in the world it makes it that much worse. i don’t want to shower, i don’t want to eat, i don’t want to do anything! i’m just tired!!!

You're not alone! I struggle with these feelings all day! Sometimes, it's okay to let yourself fall apart, or take a break from even the most simple things. Try doing just one thing a day, whether that be showering, brushing your teeth or hair, washing your face, etc. Once you've gotten into that routine (and it may take a while, no shame), try adding on just one more thing. It helps to focus on one thing at a time, because it makes life feel a LOT less overwhelming! Hope this helps

It seems like you're depressed ,but not on any medication. It's what I had problems with before I got put on medication. If you want a friend to talk to , welcome to inbox me as I could always use more friends. Weed helps too and I'm not going to therapy ,but it was how I originally found out I had Generalized anxiety Disorder. I don't judge people because I'm a little different too.

i COMPLETELY understand the feeling of having absolutely no will to live, this planet and most everyone on it sucks. i know it may be really hard to envision a good future right now. but it DOES get better in the sense that things are gradually realigning with like the ✨energy✨ and weather and foreign politics (yknow like how the american government/politics is rn and the very very unfortunate RUS/UKR war) and stuff, not in the way that bs therapists tell you it gets better. they have no control over the outcome of life, no one really does unfortunately. terrible things happen, i can confidently tell you that from experience,,,,, pretty much the best thing to do to cope with that is to just like, keep a relatively stable mental headspace ? tragedy/trauma is like waaaaaayy easier to manage when you're able to keep a calm demeanor about it, trust me lol. obviously that doesnt like imply that you ACTUALLY have to be calm and not upset by whatever possible bad scenario, even faking it will help with managing the stress. "fake it til you make it" is actually somehow decent advice to follow the internet isn't completely making that up lmao. just do also try to keep a balance between pretending whatever problem doesnt exist for the sake of stress management alongside with actively acknowledging that there is a problem internally and making a conscious thought to address them, whether that be right now or later on is completely up to you. i hope this helps

@FeelsBadMan this is actually what i needed to hear! i didn’t find it rude at all. it’s easier to relate and apply something when it’s phrased like it’s more casual and less “it gets better :)” like therapy bullshit. thank you so much!
