Endometriosis Pain: Why Must My Body Fall Apart?

I agree about being kind to yourself! I try to avoid thinking things like, my body hates me or I hate my body whenever I have pain. I try to just acknowledge that the pain is a messenger just doing it’s job trying to alert me to something. I know it’s SO much easier said than done in the moment. ❤️
