I have fibromyalgia, BPD and social anxiety. I'm 31 years old and constantly exploring ways to feel better, mentally and physically. But like I start to feel better and then I fall hard back down to rb. Any thoughts on how to stay elevated?

Do you have a good therapist? And what all have you tried?
@Moon_Beam713 I have been trying to find a therapist but they're either too far away or way too expensive. I have tried yoga, meditation, positive thinking, lots of stretch work, meds, natural herbs and remedies, etc. But I can never seem to stick to something even if I feel it working.
