What ADHD medication best works/worked for you? Hey so I've switched from 10mg ER (for about two weeks) to 20mg Adderall IR every day for the last week. Right around 3 hours after I take it I've been having depression spikes that last for several hours (more than my usual). This side effect is not something I'm willing to work with and I'm considering trying something else. What medication best helped you with attention/distractibility symptoms?

@Sydari I'm not sure for the first one but I'm on it all the time but that did mean that I had gotten to quite a high dose around age 17 (after being on it since age 5) but now I'm slowly lowering the dose and it seems to still be effective

is it like Adderall tolerance-wise? Do you have to take breaks to boost the efficiency?
I've been on Concerta for years and it's always been very helpful if you're looking to try something out. I can't really suggest doses though because I've been on a high dose for a while sure to being on it for most of my life
