i usually use tiger balm or other topical pain relief for my back (lidocaine, etc) but lately i've been using KT tape. i love the tape, it seems to help but i can't put topical stuff on my back when i'm wearing it.
does anyone have ideas for alternative pain relief that won't interfere with KT tape?
