Frustrated with Medical Care

Me too. That’s not helpful but just me too. The heal are system only cares about one thing. 🤑

It's why I just don't go till it's so bad they have to do something and even then I get little done. And psych stuff is even worse because im there but dunno what it is im supposed to be doing or saying. I have very little trust to give when u cant unmask myself to people. I've always been good about keeping everything locked down. I can't even get my own mother to listen to me properly in a conversation. No one cares to fully listen to me. Has happened since childhood. And it's not even like a disbelieving it's just a straight up "shut up no one asked you/oh there is the know it all perfect person" and it's hurts to be told that what I say has little value. Still does at 30.

It's not fun to feel not heard unfortunately it may take a few doctors until you can find one that actually will listen and takes you seriously and will help you

Sometimes it takes a few of them before you find the right doctor who can help you.
