I take fluoxetine, it lifts my depression and I think it helps me notice when I ignore my compulsions so I can see what I was doing and try to change behaviors
Well for me, the fluoextine doesn't.do that much... Or at least that much that I notice.lol. someone told me it is supposed to help depression and anxiety, but for me never helped anxiety. Helped with depression symptoms at least.
