I'm having a hard time tonight. The grief and depression are mixing and I just can't stop myself from going into panic. How do you deal with grief or managing depression on the really difficult days?

I literally just lay in bed and let my body take over my breathing. Maybe read a kids book or watch a good cartoon with deeper lessons like adventure time or chowder or Steven universe, maybe gravity falls. Build a fort! And eat a snack you like

I like to sit in the shower while it is running and cry, listening to some music, lights off but phone flashlight on. Super good vibes for a healing cry.

Try not to overthink by listening to your favorite music read a good book, do research on your condition and read about other people’s-escape who got their freedom, peace and joy. Strive to be happy!…And don’t leave God out!… He knows everything.. believe me.. He knows ALL.. Tell Him how you feel and what you going through.. check Him out! Then wait for His answers and you will be thanking Him. You were created NOT to worry!!! BUT to be Happy!!!… strive to be Happy!

We have to learn to get through it. Get busy doing stuff so you don't keep thinking of it. I used to play games, or drink, or read a lot of books.

Sorry you're having a hard time 😥 I recommend sticking on a cartoon, making sure that you have eaten and have water to sip on. It really helps my body know that I'm safe! Hopefully that might help you too 💕

Recognizing each time that it IS the depression helps a lot.

Do you need someone to talk to I'm here if you need I totally know how that feels just focus on something else besides your depression like go out somewhere or stay at home and do some hobbies or maybe go on a walk that's what helps me also talking to friends can help to
