i had someone close to me pass away very recently, i just don’t know what to do with myself. convincing myself to get up and eat and do my things for school is so hard. any advice?

      Is therapy an option? If money is an issue there are companies that will work with you on price or you could try an online option like BetterHelp. If that's not an option, I would try talking with someone close to you, ideally who also knew the person that passed. As far as getting things done, I'd try to make small goals. For example, when I'm deep in a depressive episode, instead of having a goal to eat at least 2 meals a day, I aim to just eat something. After that, I aim to something hygiene related but low energy. I go through the day making small goals and reassessing those goals. It helps me not to get overwhelmed trying to do everything or think about everything at once. I hope this helps, and if it doesn't I hope you find something that works for you. ❤️
