Stuck on the Toilet After Eating Takeout

Thank you all for your help and support! :) I managed to get home fine and for once it passed quickly, I did suffer for the next few days but hey, takeouts taste too damn good sometimes and cooking can be dull :)

Not necessarily with the train but I've absolutely been there. Over a year ago I cut out soda, a few months ago cut out red meat and I'm pretty careful what I eat now, haven't had a bad flare in months.

I found out I had developed lactose intolerance on a train after a latte...not my favourite story! I feel yah 🙌

Been there! Hopefully you can catch a later train. Try not to stress to much!
