Recovery time after bone spur removal?

Hi Kimmiesue! Mine are pretty big and they are touching my nerve the spinal cord. Causing numbness in my skull and swelling around the c1 and c2 vertebrae in my neck.

I have not had any experience with having any shaved off. I do know how painful they can be. I have plantar fascitis which I have heard causes the spurs. Hoping you can find the advice you need.❤️

I've had bone spurs in my knee shaved off but they were back right away.

I have small bone Spurs in my right heel. I have left them alone as they aren’t THAT painful. How large are yours?
