Does anyone have any tips on keeping hips stabilized? I can’t really brace it like I can my knees or ankles and haven’t gotten much input from my doctors but my hips suck and it’s annoying and painful 😭

Hello! I managed to tear mine a few years ago so I have to keep up some good 'hip hygiene'. Exercise will be the best way forward, resistance of some kind is usually needed once you've built up your initial stability. If you're unsure how to progress I'd recommend a physios help then maintenance through the use of an osteopath to keep you aligned. That was the route I took and other than when I over exert myself in the gym my hips will usually behave themselves ☺️ Oh and for sitting a lot with desk jobs I found my body braid (it was designed for those with EDS) useful at keeping some tension against my hips too, although it's primary use is to help your upper body x
