I'm working my way out of the hole I've been in, depression wise, so I wanted to just share something that might help you in your struggles. Your feelings are valid. Whatever they are, you're not being dramatic, you're not being ridiculous, your struggle is today is real and it's ok to not be ok. if the past few months have been the hardest of your life, emotionally or in general, it's ok to acknowledge that. Sometimes just allowing yourself to believe that your feelings are valid can help so much. I hope this helped you ❤️
