Is there a trick to get out of bed in the morning? I'm barely motivated some days to get up. Like I only get up when I have something to do that has a time limit to get to. Any suggestions would be helpful

No distractions. Don't turn anything entertaining on and don't check your phone. Make it a habit to put the things you'll want far away from you so that you have something to fight yourself to get up for. It's really not easy but you can do it. If you have nothing that makes you want to get up, find something that will make you want to. Maybe you really like animal crossing. Put it downstairs or in another room further than the bathroom for you. Basically just find a carrot to put on a fishing pole for yourself.

I suggest making plans and following them the next morning like a trip to a friends place or just exercising in the early hours
@kaandropemoff works for me I still get up grumpy lol
I have found it helpful to make a short goals list the night before of things I want to do that day. Sometimes that will motivate me to get out of bed.
