Looking for all-natural anxiety relief options

but my therapist also taught me that rubbing ice or something cold under your eyes can ease your body out of panic mode. it works well for me as a natural remedy but it doesn’t work for everyone. you can try it though!

i take hydroxyzine but it doesn’t really work quickly for me so i also take propranolol which works amazingly. hydroxyzine doesn’t make me tired though as long as i take it semi regularly. my body has gotten used to it.

I agree with the one about hydroxyzine, however it does make me really tired also. I realize you said all natural but the best meds I've taken with no side effects is Propranolol, it did wonders for my anxiety.

This isn’t “natural” but it is just an antihistamine so it doesn’t feel as serious. I take hydroxyzine/Atarax. It’s meant for allergies but works for anxiety. But it makes me drowsy so that doesn’t work for everyone.

You have to be careful with Xanax. It is very addicting

Passionfruit and camomile compounds are natural and can help with anxiety. I just don’t think they work as fast as Xanax

I think any meds listed as tranquilizers can be used for when you feel a attack coming on but they’re very hard to get
