does anyone have any idea what helps to clear the fibromiyalgia fog? does it just take time or is there anything I can do to help get clarity, lessen the dizzy and lessen the headache?

The best thing that ever happened to my fibromyalgia was when I didn't even know I had it. My Dr put me on buspirone and about 4 weeks later the fog lifted and I stopped having to walk through sludge all the time. I realized that I was feeling normal again. Every time I have gone off it, it all comes back. It didn't stop the pain though.

I've been gluten free for about 2 years. I am now on an autoimmune protocol diet. Working with a functional medicine Dr.

Hydration- I often underestimate it. I drink a liquid IV and it usually helps.

I don’t know this for sure but I’ve looked online (google and YouTube) some people were saying a gluten free diet helps a little… but I’ve also so reviews saying it doesn’t.. it’s worth a shot I guess.. so I’m trying this now.. I just started though so I can’t say for me
