Gut health through probiotics and subbing at least 1-2 meal a day for a veggie and fruit homemade smoothie or juice has done wonders! Good luck

Being mindful of your diet is really helpful. If you can cut out a lot of processed foods, simple sugars and carbs, and try to eat whole fruits and veggies, you may see a positive influence in your chronic pain. I’d also recommend having some gentle stretches in mind for before/after work or going out to prevent getting too stiff or too overworked. And don’t be afraid to take more breaks if you need them. Be as kind to yourself as you can, because you are doing your best with what you’ve got. I hope you get some good ideas of things to try for chronic pain relief.

Really understanding the mechanics of what is happening to me has helped, as well as theories such as the spoon theory that help me explain my life to other people!
