Nosebleeds can be caused by various factors, including stress and anxiety. It is not uncommon for some people to experience nosebleeds during periods of high stress or anxiety. However, it's essential to consider other factors such as dry air, altitude, or medication side effects that could also contribute to nosebleeds.
